Core Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition among mid-market and enterprise merchants.
Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close.
Build relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations on go-to-market strategies.
Maintain CRM hygiene and report on sales activity and pipeline metrics.
Who You Are:
Energetic networker who thrives in hands-on environments.
3+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in Payments or FinTech. Must have experience in SaaS.
Team player comfortable working across international teams and cultures.
Analytical, strategic, and commercially driven negotiator.
Comfortable executing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Fluent in German and English.
