Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition among mid-market and enterprise merchants.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, etc.).

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations on go-to-market strategies.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report on sales activity and pipeline metrics.

Who You Are:

  • Energetic networker who thrives in hands-on environments.

  • 3+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in Payments or FinTech. Must have experience in SaaS.

  • Team player comfortable working across international teams and cultures.

  • Analytical, strategic, and commercially driven negotiator.

  • Comfortable executing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Fluent in German and English.
